Inner Guide 2024 (Fully booked)
This life changning experience is 7 days of deep connection with nature, nutritional meals, yoga, meditation, plant medicine ceremonies and authentic experiences in the middle of beautiful nature at a place called Mindo, Ecuador.
This program, made for 14 participants only, is designed for you to become an active player in the process of reconnecting with your Inner Guide.
We open up the space for you to connect with real plant medicine, in the land where it was intended to be used in the first place, guided by authentic and traditional Taitas and Mamas (Shamans).

Cecilie Bang
Holistic nutritionist, yin yoga guide & facilitator
What launched Cecilie's journey stemmed from her diagnosis of eating disorder, depression, stress and the use of drugs and alcohol, at a very young age. After having counterproductive results with traditional treatments, she explored an alternative path and took her health in her own hands.
Cecilie then started a new chapter that lead her to countless educations within functional medicin, holistic nutrition, yin yoga and mindfullness. She continued on the practice herself mastering these techniques for over 5 years, leading her to curb and control all of her mental diagnoses and misuse of stimulants.
A trip to Mindo, Ecuador made her realize that you can heal yourself with the right guidance. She then founded the lifestyle MINDO - Mindset, Intuition, Nutrition, Destress & Oxygen - 5 holistic principles to take your health into own hands, through which she now shares and guide people to rewire their mental and physical ailments.
Ecuador and the meeting with ancestral plant medicine of the indigenous peoples of Ecuador enabled Cecilie to experience even deeper and profound healing. Her renewed sense of self-worth, love, compassion, and empathy for herself enables her to extend those same qualities to others.

Nicolas Schipper
Musician, mentor & facilitator
Nicolas is a percussionist, born in Ecuador, always in search of reviving forgotten sounds, cultures and instruments. From an early age he was involved in social work, interested in ancestral cultures and their medicine, nature and their energies. When he arrived to Europe in 2017, he began a process of transformation and awareness that has brought him to the present moment. He delves into the path of personal growth, spirituality, meditation and the healing power of his drums and medicinal plants. He is today an international reference as a percussionist for the Danish/German/Norwegian Ancestral group Heilung (Healing in German).
While understanding his traumas and opening for self healing, spiritual path and as a musician, he has grown in parallel and jointly in his facets as mentor and facilitator of his method called KUTRAL TINYA. KUTRAL TINYA (Fire Drum) is the creation of his personal transformation and learnings, focused on the path of internal work through meditation with the support of drums to connect the heart, mind and enter the deep realms of inner healing, Abuelo Tobacco Mapacho with the purpose of guiding the spirit of humans, in it is a powerful spirit capable of receiving cosmic energies and materialising them on earth and Abuela Wayusa that gives you energy and connects you to the dream world. This are the only two plants which he has had been given a very close and strong legacy after many years of learning with Taitas and Mamas.

Our two Shamans
Taita Isidro Lucitante
Taita Isidro has a close connection to the facilitators (Nicolas & Cecilie) as they have been working close together in the jungle. Cecilie & Nicolas have a profound respect for first nation people, who through generations has been using and cares about traditional methods. That is why we as facilitators believe that the medicine always should be given by the people who has great experience and has been chosen to do this from a very early age by the plant medicine and the elderly Taita of the community. If, and only if, a plant has chosen them, they become a “Taita” or “Mama”, which mean spiritual father/mother or spiritual guide. That is why they respectfully asked Taita Isidro to be the guide of the Shamanistic Tea Ceremony.
Taita Isidro of the Bermejo Cofán Reserve in Ecuador is the leader of his community. He very rarely comes out of the community unless something is calling him. His teachings are descendant of a lineage of Tigrero Curaka Shamans, such as his father, Grandfather Guillermo Lucitante, his Uncle Esteban Lucitante and his Grandfather Elías Lucitante.
He currently performs special and limited healing ceremonies with the sacred medicine in the Amazonas Jungle with the aim that each participant who arrives finds their physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual healing path and inner peace needed in their soul.
Mama Ave
Avelina Rogel is a Yachay (Wise of the Andes) originally from the Panzaleo and Palta people. She is the bearer of the ancient medicine of the Ecuadorian Andes. Her grandmother and their indigenous community passed on their knowledge to Avelina already from the age of 9 years. Later she expanded her knowledge and was guided by the wise people of several indigenous traditions.
Currently, she is one of the main spiritual authorities of the Ecuadorian indigenous people. She maintains a strong collaboration with the various national and regional organisations of indigenous people, with the aim of strengthening spiritual practice and accompanying the various social struggles in all their forms with her wisdom and the sacred fire.
It is important for Avelina that we see ourselves as ONE in communion with ALL. Therefore she will guide the welcome ceremony and closing ceremony of this retreat.
Freja Fabrin
ZEN coach & Primal Therapist
Freja is an expert on childhood traumas and how to guide clients to be conscious of their traumas standing in their way of living their best lives. In her guidance as a therapist she helps clients connect with their deeper emotional wounds. This process of making the subconscious conscious, and allowing the wounds to be seen and held, is the path to stop letting old unconscious patterns run our lives.
Freja started her own journey with Plant medicine in 2005. Since then she has been participating in journeys more than 40 times.
Freja is offering all participants a free integration session and is exclusively open for supporting your integration journey after the retreat.
